My name is Ash and I am the one hand dying every skein of yarn on this site!

I have been crocheting and knitting and doing other various craft things my whole life, but just recently discovered my love for wool. It’s such a beautiful and sustainable medium and I decided I wanted to start investing all of my free time into learning how to do everything from sheering the sheep to spinning to dyeing. I hope to one day offer my own hand spun and hand dyed yarn from my own herd of sheep!!

Other than working with wool, I work as a Forester in a small Minnesota town. I spend time with my cat, reading, and wondering what the skunk family in my yard is up to every night.

I appreciate the slow pace of things and working with wool is just that, so I hope you can find some joy in these skeins of yarn that I put all my heart and creativity into :)
